The Colorado Department of Revenue's Natural Medicine Division licenses healing centers, cultivation facilities, product manufacturers and testing facilities. The Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) licenses facilitators. Healing centers have standard and micro license types.
Psilocybin remains a Schedule I controlled substance under federal law. State licensing and federal status are separate matters. This directory discusses licensed Colorado services, not access outside that program.
Check current center records using the healing center license lookup. Program information is available from the Colorado Natural Medicine Division.
Use licensing as your starting point
The licensed program is the scope of this guide. A directory entry does not replace a license record or establish that a service is suitable for you. Ask a center for its licensed name and number, and use the official lookup before arranging services.
Questions before you proceed
Ask who facilitates services, how screening is handled, what support is included and how to obtain a written description of costs. Avoid interpreting a program license as a promise of a health outcome. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
